- 1990 Medical doctor degree at University of Zagreb School of Medicine
- 1996 completed a specialization in dermatology and venereology
- 1995. postgraduate study in dermatovenerology
- 1998 professional training in dermatopathology at the Univerisitätsklinik für Dermatologie und Venerologie LKH in Graz
- 2005 professional training in dermatosurgery at the Clinic for Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, University Hospital Center Zagreb.
- 2012. acquired the title of primarius
- In 2015. became a subspecialist in dermatological oncology
Work experience
- Since 1996 employed at the Clinic for Dermatovenerology of the Clinical Hospital Center Zagreb, as a specialist dermatologist in the Department of Dermatological Oncology, in the Cabinet for Dermatopathology and in the outpatient units for trichology and dermatological surgery.
- the head of the Trichology unit of the Clinic for Dermatovenerology at the University Hospital Center Zagreb
- Areas of professional interest are general dermatology, dermatological oncology, dermatopathology, dermatosurgery and hair and scalp diseases
- Attended numerous professional training courses in the field of dermatopathology, dermatosurgery and dermatooncology
- Attended numerous Croatian, European and world congresses as an active participant with several published conference announcements and as an invited speaker
- Participated as a lecturer in continuing medical education courses.
- Author of 8 chapters and co-author of 6 chapters of professional books; manual of continuing medical education courses and textbooks in dermatovenereology
- Author and co-author of 24 professional and scientific papers published in internationally indexed journals
- Participated as an associate in the scientific research project of the Ministry of Science “Hereditary and acquired disorders of keratinization”, leader Prof.dr.sc. A. Basta-Juzbasic.
